We offer a range of business simulations (running over 1 to 3 days), and shorter business games (1 to 5 hours), which can be either be run as stand alone training events, or included in other longer programmes, corporate events and team away days. All are dynamic, interactive and engaging tools to motivate people and help them learn quickly.

Business Simulations

These are competitive team-based simulations in which participants take over the running of a business and deal with a range of internal and external business issues. The simulations last form between 1 and 3 days, with different simulations suited to different sectors, and business issues and challenges. These can easily be combined with additional business content from our training programmes to ensure a close fit with your own organisation's issues. They are typically suitable for groups of 9 to 24, but are adaptable to other requirements.

The simulations deal with a range of issues such as cashflow, strategy, shareholder value, managing business costs - all delivered in an engaging and compelling competitive environment. There are also sector-specific variants for service, retail, manufacturing and so on.

Business Games

We also offer a range of shorter, business-focussed business games which can be used on their own, or in the context of a larger event such as a team meeting, team awayday, or corporate conference. They are often used within our suite of training programmes as a way of embedding some of the key learning.

Typically these games last from 1 to 4 hours - ideal where time is limited, or where you want to add something extra to a team or corporate event. Being games, they are fun and competitive, but address genuine business issues, such as:
